The tool enables something that also works very well in Wikipedia, social media and information platforms – working collaboratively. SIGNAVIO makes it possible to work on process management as a team, so that everyone can get involved and share their expertise incredibly easily.

The result was a clear vote for SIGNAVIO when we evaluated tools for modelling our own processes.

Inspired by our AM-PACK customers, who regularly cooperate with our consulting colleagues in our sister company cip delta to design their processes, particularly their product development processes, compliant to required standards, the following idea arose: We should not limit ourselves to model nothing but our own processes in Signavio Process Editor, but  should make a generic process model which any enterprise developing software and / or even complete mechatronic systems can use as a blueprint for its own process model - focus on the automotive industry.

Built on the understanding of organisational and corporate quality, as a brand named SUDOQU at cip delta, thereby the reference model for a corporate management system was born as a product and we became SIGNAVIO Consulting Partner.
