Each section of each standard-specific manual leads directly to the correct process diagram in the process model and vice versa. With regard to internal audits according to DIN ISO 9001:2015, for example, this looks like this:

• The picture on the left shows the window that opens after clicking on section 9.2 in the table of contents of the 9001 manual - which corresponds to the text part of the conventional QMH, Quality Management Manual.

Clicking on 51.22 Perform Audits leads directly to the corresponding process diagram:

For each independently acting person there is a swim lane containing the activities (small boxes) or sub-processes (large boxes with + to open the process diagram) to be performed.

For each activity and each sub-process of the process flow, below the swim lanes, the process outputs to be achieved can be seen, as far as reasonable with the naming of their respective status, e.g.: 1 completed. If you click on these process outputs, their description is opened in a popup window.
