How did you get to cip alpha?

In the third year of my apprenticeship, shortly after my written final exam, several interviews took place with a recruiting company on Xing. Relatively quickly I was introduced to cip alpha, a startup as an IT service provider in software development very close to me. After a lively exchange with the managing director and the department heads, I was sure I would make the right decision.

Why did you choose cip alpha?

Already after the interesting introduction round, I had gained a very positive impression of the company and the colleagues. In addition, employees have the opportunity to choose their place of work - office or home work - and to help shape their own activities. From my point of view, communication with each other is easier in smaller companies and I can identify more strongly as part of a team there, which encouraged me in my decision to opt for cip alpha.

What are your duties at cip alpha?

• General Windows Client Support
• Windows/Linux Server Administration
• Support and expansion of our corporate infrastructure
• Software distribution and version management
• Office and user support as well as (mobile) device management
• Activities as a Managed Service Provider for all customer needs
• Documentation and knowledge management

What do you do in your spare time?

My leisure activities are very different. I usually spend sociable evenings with friends and family, work out in the gym, hike or even relax in the sauna. I am also interested in foreign cultures and travel. I also find the topic of personality development fascinating, for which I participate in various webinars and events.

What is your professional vision?

It is important to me to deepen the specialist knowledge I have already acquired and to further develop my soft skills. My goal: to take on leading roles in the area of development & administration and to actively participate in the project management of clients.
