SUDOQU Templates Library
For each process output that is a document, SUDOQU provides a template for the document and a sample for checking the maturity of the document. For example, in the case of a customer load book transfer, this looks like the following:
Links are the first activities of the process Request Understand to see. In the activity Organize Quotation Processing, one of several tasks is to transfer the customer requirements specification (CRS) to the in-house requirements management tool. The output of the activity - see the box marked in red - is the created customer requirements specification.
The picture below gives an insight into the already filled - green cells - Excel file, which can be downloaded in SUDOQU as a template for determining the maturity of the created customer requirements specification.
